ALL items are made special for you & READY TO SHIP within 2 - 3 WEEKS. 
Depending on your location, you can choose from a variety of shipping options during checkout. Please note these shipping options only speed up the Ship Time. Standard Processing Time remains about 2 - 3 weeks.


 Shipping costs are determined based on your location.
You can choose shipping upgrades during checkout ~ these speed up Ship Time only, and do not affect Processing Time. 


Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery may take up to 1 month from the ship date. Please note that Duties, Taxes, or Import Fees may be your responsibility upon arrival. Sorry, I don't make the rules. Estimate possible fees at To help make up for any extra costs, I always add a free screen printed patch to every international order. ;)

All orders include ONE free gift wrap ~ all items are wrapped together.
However, during checkout, you can choose to add individual gift wrapping for each item.

✫ Returns & Exchanges ~ contact me within: 7 days of delivery
✫ Ship items back to me within: 10 days of delivery

✶ I CANNOT accept returns nor exchanges for:
✫ Customized, custom-sized or personalized items (Customized items are NOT eligible for return nor a refund, but they ARE eligible for alterations).
✫ Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).

✶ Conditions of Return ✶
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Please note that if you purchased an item during the month of May, right before my summer sabbatical, exchanges may not be an option.  The studio will inaccessible after June 15, 2018.  If an item does not fit that was purchased during this time, you may return it for a refund, or store credit to be used after the sabbatical.  

✶ Insurance ✶
All orders are insured. If a parcel goes missing during transit, I will fully replace it. However, once a parcel is marked "Delivered," I am no longer responsible for it. If you are concerned about your mailbox not being secure, please ask me to send your package with Signature Confirmation to prevent theft.
